Hi Lucas. That’s really a Christian notion - the idea that ‘without blood’ being shed, God won’t forgive sins. That isn’t what Judaism teaches and you won’t find it in the Jewish Bible - UNLESS you do some rather creative reading/interpretation of “when i see the blood i will pass over you.” exodus “according to the law almost everything was purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.” hebrews “for the life of the flesh is in the blood, and i have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood by reason of the life that makes atonement.”
